We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. I started by finding the ice burg somewhere (not sure where probably an image search) then I drew the dragon in black in a new layer. I made another layer and scribbled on the dragon in white with the paint brush then blurred it with gaussian blur to make it look like light was reflecting through the ice and on the dragon. Then I duplicated the bottom layer (the ice burg) and put it over the dragon and set the opacity down so the dragon is still visible. I put in a few finishing touches like the bubbles etc. to finish it.
